US–Nordic Leaders’ Summit to disrupt ferry traffic to Vallisaari Island
The summit of the President of the United States and the Nordic prime ministers will affect traffic in many ways on Thursday, 13 July, especially in the city centre.
Ferries to Vallisaari Island leave from Kalasatama (Parrulaituri) instead of Market Square. The Helsinki Biennial exhibition on Vallisaari is open according to the regular opening hours, from 11 am to 6 pm.
You can also visit the island by your own boat. There are 50 guest mooring places.
