What specific role might the arts play in advancing forms of plant and vegetal solidarity? What forms of language might vegetal entities adopt? Is a genuine collaboration between humans and plants possible? In what ways might artistic practices develop new forms of plant-human encounters, alliances, and complicities? How can we learn to appreciate the complexities of vegetal memory, sensitivity, and interspecies engagement? And finally, what kinds of artistic gestures might displace the anthropocentric gaze in favor of a plant-centric perspective?
