Saskia Calderón's performance

Saskia Calderón will stage live performance Sonata Vallisaari, a composition inspired by her experience of listening to the island’s non-human spirits and its vegetation, plants, rocks, water, animals and other inhabitants.

Calderón has created a site-specific work for Vallisaari Island, which she composed after spending a few days listening to the spirits of the unique island ecosystem.
