Tawatchai Puntusawasdi

Thailand

Tawatchai Puntusawasdi (b. 1971) is a Thai artist known for his architectural, three-dimensional sculptures made from hardwood, slate, organic fibers, and metal.

His work explores perception, balance, and spatial relationships. Drawing on ideas from navigation, cartography, and astronomy, he creates structures that challenge how we understand volume and space, often inviting the viewer to become more aware of the surrounding environment.
